Cupra 312mm brake upgrade

Could soneone please confirm that these brakes would fit my Cupra?
Also would this be everything I'd need to do the upgrade?

I was looking at these as well, but learning towards paying more for some Brembos or APs. Are AP or Brembos worth the extra money ?
