i followed a seat leon mk1 cupra today 03 plate with a nice body kit. it was definetly a seat body kit and i want to put the kit on my car.

does anyone have the part numbers, rough prices and let me know how hard it all is to fit!! i have access to a bodyshop aswell

dont get it from the dealers, its prob gonna cost a mint

check around ebay, or scrappys. it doesnt have to be mint condition as u prob need to get it sprayed in ur colour anyway, just have a look about online

dont get the ones on ebay from poland, they are fibreglass and will crack, splinter, smash soon as you hit something. i.e a worm!!!

i asume if i do get the bumper online i can get the grills easily from dealer or scrappy, yes??

try to get the bumpers with grills etc, life alot easier!

just hang on mate a good un will come up eventually, keep a look out in the for sale section on here, there are a set of fibreglass ones up now with fogs etc.......upto you though on the fibreglass ones.

well that would be nice if the grills are included. as i only have the bog standard bumber of current will there be any major mods to take on or is it as easy as switching the two over??

search for lcr bumper mate, theres a guide on here somewhere

going from what iv read then mounting points are the same so as easy as old for new. good good.

juts have to find the parts now

skirt
alloys
then astart on the interier lol

leon lot of work but worth the time spent.

from what ive read in the past posts, the front bumper is difficult need lots of other bits like LCR fogs and the wheel arch bits need to be changed. Sounds expensive. Good luck with it mate.

i wont bother with the fogs i dont need them really! morte hassel then they are worth but i didnt know that about the wheel arch, thanks bud.

dont think the wheel arch needs changing mate.

fogs s reletavly cheap anyway, loads of people done the swap on here mate so read up and get cracking

why not look for a facelift cupra front bumper, look slightly less intrusive in my opinion

ive done a couple of these conversions, you need wheel arch extensions and new guides for the bumpers

ok im a little confused now. i have some of you saying the new bumper will replace the old one and others another saying i need guides and extensions!

what is the answer?

right if you have a non facelift cupra you need to do the arches not if you have a facelift.
