Cupra Cluster in a 1.4????

Does anyone know if a cupra cluster would fit (and work properly) in my 1.4 model?

why would you want to bother anyway ? it would looks pretty silly having cupra dials in a 1.4.

they would look alryt i think, yes they would fit but no it would'nt work becaues it has to be paired with the ecu and immo and i think the ecu only accepts a certain coded instrument cluster for the car, like the cupra instrument clusters code ends with the letter 'D' w06k0920901D and our standard 1.4 will end with 'C' which will be w06k0920901C both codes have to be the same and match up i think.
