Dont skimp, the standard lcr ones will rust as its not all stainless steel, I went for a similar look but with stainless cat back powerflow, no rust and no problems since fitting more than 2 years ago now.

iv been offered a lcr one cheap but dont want to buy it if it ent guna fit.
the lcr back box should fit IF you cut the oem one off in the right and same place as the lcr one (if all cupra pipes are the same as mine - welded together rather than clamped that is)
does any one know the answer??

LCR Box

Rear section should fit. PIPER used my car for their system and commented that the rear system was exactly the same. Turbo mountings in different places so the front half will be useless to you.

does anyone know of anyone who is selling a sports exhaust (turbo back, down pipe, sports cat...the works) for a leon cupra r?

post a wanted in the wanted section, or look in for sale.

cupra r exhaust does fit but needs modifying as the exhaust cutout isdifferent on the r. it wont sit central on the cupra. but it can be done.

I wouldnt do it as to get the old one off youve got to cut it right and then seal it properly when you fit it or remove it as one piece by dropping the rear axle and mine was ridden with holes after 4 years so it just wont last. Get a proper sports one that will sound better, last longer and weigh 5kg less!

I dont like the twin tail pipe, it needed replacing i got the "R" one for £10 my mates a welder and i didn't have £300, but i am saving for the SS turbo back, not scriping if you dont have the money just making do with what i had.
