Cupra Door Cards

Be prepared to buy a few of the little clips that hold the door card to the door skin, even the most gentle touch can snap them - they're cheap enough .... think it was a couple of pounds for a pack of ten.
Just make sure when you take the door cards off that you don't pull them away from the door without disconnecting the courtesy lights and interior handles - remember when you refit them to put these back on

Two Torx screws in the front, one in the back at the bottom
You also need to prise the handle covers to get to a couple more bolts (Torx again)
That's it IIRC, just pull it away from the bottom, sliding a couple of fingers round the edges to pop the plasic clips off as you work up, and finally lift the 'card to remove.
