or they put the steering wheel on at an angle, happened to me in Halford service centre years ago. Pay peanuts, get monkeys. It has been reported elsewhere I recall with the Formentor or Leon 4. I know I said something similar before.

According to my searches, no one else has a similar issue, so it sounds good, which indicates a specific situation. For example, most of "kia sportage" users say that when there is a curvature of the steering wheel when they exceed 100km/h.
On the other hand, authorized service returned for the issue, they did some fixes and they tests it again and again. Now, I know that they defend and support their product and it makes me feel guaranteed

Just picked up my V2 last thursday. 18" wheels as I do prefer some comfort over looks and imo these are the best looking 18" with this color. Only one little issue the steering wheel is not centered like it should (wheel is turned a bit to the left when driving straight). Will be looked at end of the week by the dealership.

That was the colour I was going to go for but got my VZ3 in magnetic grey in the end - I do like the colour, but wish I'd gone for Graphene, as especially with the copper wheels it would have looked great.
That is bad that they supplied the car with the steering wheel off centre, some thing Kwikfit would do.

Go onto the Cupra website and find a tech spec / pricelist and compare the options on the two models against your car. The (UK) price list is also on some of the FaceBook Formantor groups under Files at the top of the group.
As far as I know V2 has leather and 19 inch wheels, so should be easy to determine.
I got a 'loyalty' offer from my local Cupra dealer here the other day and have ordered a VZ5 390 in matte grey on lease - ordered WAY in advance, for March 2024 delivery as my current lease ends then. Given how prices are increasing it should work out to be a wise move.
After ordering an eHybrid 242hp in September 2021, cancelled in October 2022 due to delays in favour of a BMW (diesel) which is already at least 6 months overdue (I know, I'm lucky), I have just changed my mind (again!) and confirmed a VZ2 2.0TSI 245hp arriving in 2-3 weeks (it is already produced, awaiting shipment).

how can I understand whether my Formentor is V1 or V2?
Do you have ambient lighting under the windscreen? If yes it’s a V2. If no it’s a V1.

Looks very nice, but not my cup of tea as I think cars need to be shiny, but everyone is different.
After seeing one in person in that colour I ordered my VZ5 with the same - it's gorgeous... but yep, all subjective
