cupra - licence plate attachment ?

ok so 2 months ago i had a new stock front bumper attached on my Cupra, but the license place holder got broken and the dealer could not put a new one since the license plate is a Romanian one and i got the car fixed in Denmark, maybe the Romanian license plate did not fit into the Danish license plate holder.
Anyway they glued the license plate onto the new front bumper, but now i want to order a new license plate holder from Romania... my question is are the EU license place holders the same or depend in each country? do anyone know if the Leons come with stock holes for the screws used to hold the the license plate in the front bumper or i must drill them myself? the Romanian holders come with 2 holes one on each side and go directly into the bumper.. but are the holes here to begin with?

yeah saw a picture with stock cupra bumper...
if i go to the dealer when i get the license plate frame you think they can drill the holes?
btw its this type of frame:

i mean in Denmark they might attach license plate frames different but i hope they can at least make 2 holes in the bumper its not rocket science

uh ok... so you think power-drilling the screws along with the frame on the area where it goes is a good call? should i put nuts along with washers also behind the bumper where the screws went out? that is if i can go under the car and reach that area if its not shielded
