Cupra R 160TDI Intercooler in lesser models.

Im sure this subject may have been covered before, but I am trying to find a bit of info out on the Seat Sport 160 intercooler that is fitted to the Cupra 160 Tdi.

I know it is possible to buy the pipes and cooler from Seat but I am wondering will the cooler fit behind a normal Mk4 bumper or will it only fit behind the Cupra bumper. Also is a different crash bar required.

Was this cooler fitted to any of the 1.8T version as standard?

The seat sport intercooler was fitted to the mk4 cupra both petrol and diesel.

There are a few members on here that have fitted it to FR and 130pd diesels.
