anyone encountered this before ?
My Cupra is mapped with Revo stage 2
Basically it won't rev passed 3250 rpm, idles fine and will rev freely to that point no missfires nothing everything is fine untill then where it just won't rev any more and the revs bounce up and down like they would on a rev limiter.
I have read the fault codes nothing consistantly comes up
I've had a Camshaft sensor fault but wasn't me who read the code so don't know the exact code for it and it hasn't reoccured since.
Other faults include Air Mass Meter but i have tried running it without this connected so disregarding this one for now.
17763 - Cylinder 1 Ignition Circuit: Open Circuit
P1355 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
and the same relevant code for all 4 cylinders
I am assuming these are where the rev are being limited at 3500 rpm
I get no engine management lights on at all.
any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated as this has me stumped !
