curpa r front spillter

I need help...well info really on how to change the front spillter on my 03 cupra R. Seat want £40.00 + vat for labour seems a bit much when the part only cost £22.00 inc vat problem is not sure how the thing come off... any ideas out there??

They want £40?

Its just clips, you should be able to do that yourself or get someone to help you!

Also how come its £22 for the splitter? I got one for £19.96 from SEAT? I know thats only a couple of pounds difference but its still a couple of pounds, you know?

mine was £20 + vat

£40 is crazy

it is a two minute job, have a new one every few months! wd40 the two arms, pull down then pull the whole thing towards you, you cant damage ought mate, use wd40 though makes it much easier.

im havin so much trouble trying to find a dealer that has got splitters in stock!!!



tried droitwich, they can't get them till next week at the earliest, colliers in brum are always engaged on the phone!!!
