Damaged Underseal?

Need some help. I hit something i am assuming a brick of some sort on the dual carriageway. I have damged the underseal part of the car where the door meets, Is there anyway that a bodyshop can pull it out and weld/fill that part?. I am not at home i am away so cant really take it to anywhere i know.

I cant see it being much of a problem i imagine they would simply fill it then spray it with stone guard and finish with body colour.

I have a bent bit on the under seal area the body shop said not much they can do really, I filled it and painted touch up paint over it, bit cack but better than it was, caused by stupid Seat jack!

I am so hacked off seeing it. But TBH its mostly the underneath were the stone gaurd is. Will take it to the bodyshop and see what they say. I would filler it myself, And get the bodyshop to finish it off better and spray it.
