According to the entry list just released for the Le Mans test day 4th June, Darren Turner is listed in the Aston, and Tom Coronel in the Spyker. How is that going to work with Thruxton / Oschersleben on the same day

only a test day - they might just need to put a single lap in?

Rich boy helicopter time?

Best hope he doesn't win (first time in a FWD race the chances might be slim) otherwise he'll miss out on celebration drinks

I remember Norman Simon had to do his LM test on the Sunday of the 2002 Thruxton meeting (when it still had Bank Holiday meetings, he was also driving the Spyker funnily enough) and had to miss qualifying because of it.

Asked about this on TTT - Darren Turner will not be required to be at the Le Mans test

Yep he explained last night, that as he's done it 4 times or so, already, he's classed as knowing what he's doing, so isn't required to take the test.
