Dash lights on problem

Possibly doesn't help but I had the issue that the dipped headlight came on although switched off when the ignition was turned. Had several days of driving around like this. It came from nowhere. Then it fixed itself, when I say this, I also changed a warped air-conditioning fuse which I suspect had confused the system that monitors this stuff and put the car into emergency mode. That's my theory of where this fault came from.
The dealer suggested that the fuse management system which controlled the lights was complex and was going to charge me over £100 to look at it for starters, diagnostics. As said it fixed itself, saved my money. It was either some form of dampness or some form of monitoring that worked out everything was just fine and after a day or so of replacing the fuse it just reset itself. My theory.
If you have been pulling fuses I would make sure they are back in the correct places and not blown. They aren't warped as in heated up so they don't make proper contact. Other than that it sounds like you have a short. I have had problems with the electrics where the car immobilised itself but fixed itself 24 hours or so. It only did that once in nearly 12 years. This again was caused by no apparent reason. Could always try a reset by disconnecting the battery and putting it back on again.
