Dash rattle anyone

my mate has a mk2 fr and has a really bad rattle coming from the dash when he goes over bumps, has anyone got any ideas..

I had two different rattles, one was the clutch cable which had come loose and was fixed with a new clip and the other was some sort of plate behind the dash which required the dash being removed to fix, all sorted by dealer. Both were just annoying rattles from behind stereo / glovebox.

Mine rattles from around the interior light from time to time..???
