De-locked Door Handles

No worries Not going to have chance to get back down there until a week on Saturday, as I'm down in Devon next weekend visit the parents!

They had about 5 Mk4's down there, 2 of which were 4-doors, the others were 2-doors, but the front panel will be the same

Its just i would only want to fit one to the passenger side

Exact in so much as they dont have locks in , yes. Everything else about them is the same.

The paddle piece has snapped off my driverside door handle,

And hopefully ANDYJ will be picking me up a de-locked passenger side handle,

Will my passenger side handle fit in the driverside?

I did mine on my old 1.4.

I was just hoping to swap the whole lot over as my passengerside handle is in better
condition as well

never tried it , but unless they are set for left/right, then I imagine you could do..

Thinking about it, the 1.3 will probably have the same g'box as the 1.4's.... 085 'type'

Another set of handles picked up at the weekend (as well as a set for Adrian ) see my post in the For Sale section

Brummy, a couple of the Mk4 Polo's looked like 1.3/1.4's, but couldn't see any markings on the g'box. Was only down there for 10mins getting the handles, so didn't have time to have a proper look!
