DENSO or NGK plugs

going to service my LCR after christmas and going to change the plugs, so had a look on opie oil's website and the two choices of makes are DENSO or HGK, which are the best? also there are a few different choices for each make like:
DENSO
Denso Iridium Spark Plugs
Denso Iridium Tough Spark Plugs
Denso Standard Spark Plugs

but there only seems to be one choice for the HGK plugs? any advice taken, cheers

Ceramics can break off and ruin your engine and turbo!!!
The only plug with intact ceramic

The other plugs all had missing cracked off ceramics which had passed thru the engine, damaging valves, valve seats, piston crowns, bores, and turbine on turbo... Ruined the engine.

3 out of 4 IK22's did this on badgerwagen and ruined its engine and turbo previously.
Denso could'nt care less, nor give an explanation as to why nor reccommend any plug in their range which they could guarantee... pitifull...


Now NGK's and trouble free, and reliable and all I will use.

Oddly enough, I believe the NGK's are slightly cheaper, so there's another good reason!

Sorry to drag offtopic a bit but I just got a Revo stage 1 remap recently. Haven't logged the car yet but it seems to run fine but I remember some people talking about using different plugs after getting remapped. What's the score with this?

from what i can gather you need a run a cooler plug, PM opie oils and they will advice you on the best plug
