So been on the phone with Admiral as it's that time of the year again. Got my renewal quote...... £1400.00 
!!!!!!! So i get on the laptop and start comparing quotes. Result, elephant (sister company to admiral) £695.00 
So i ring up admiral, erm i will not be renewing thanks. Admiral, may we asj why sir? Sure thing, I got it cheaper from elephant. Really???!! Yes! I am sure we can match that. Go for it. Checking reference number................. 
Oh hang on sir, it says here under your reg number it is a cupra but your policy says it is a bocanegra. Ummmm it's exactly the same car darling! No it isn't sir, according to our records, a cupra is insurance group 4 and a bocanegra is insurance group 14!

Hang up after huge fight and no help trying to make her understand it is exactly the same car bar a black front. So I call back and get another operator. Same story b ut she says hang on if the system says your car is a cupra then the error is on our side. I can match the elephant price sir.
