Diesel Performance Chips

Please can somebody give me definative answer as to what damage these diesel chips can do or if they are safe?

I have bought a £60 one of ebay (dodgy i know)... here's the link...

No ebay tuning chip would ever make it near my car.

Put it in the bin, forget the £60 you just spent and get a proper remap done.
