diesel types

was driving around on saturday after i had been to snet to watch. and i pretty much ran out of fuel when i got to essex. couldnt find a total garage which is what i always use. (company pay fuel via a total card). i stopped at BP and they take my total card go figure... any im side tracked sort of.

now i know i can fill up at BP is BP fuel better than Total Fuel??

and what is BP Ultimate Diesel?? i was gonna fill up on this but i dont know anything about it?

I think that's the idea, i know my car definitely runs better on bp ulimate or that shell stuff - runs like a dog on total .... just seems 'sluggish' by comparison.

I think for some, Shell works better and for some BP works better. If you've got a remapped Tdi I think the difference between tractor fuel and the ultimate / vpower diesel is more apparent.

Mine works better on supermarket fuel. I've found worse economy and more smoke using BP ultimate, plus its more money. Maybe its because I was remapped on sainsbury's fuel? Who knows.

I just add good doses of Millers to the fuel, which helps.

I tried the Bp Ulimate (£1.06 per ltr ) IMO it made no difference(3 tank fills)

Went back to Total diesel
