Difference between the 2.0tsi (ST) FR and xcellence

Hi all
Im looking at buying a 18/19 reg leon st with the 2.0tsi dsg.
There is one very local to me which is a 19reg FR (not sport) 22, 000 m £16,500
Then there is another in Blackpool ( miles away) 19 reg xcellence 32000 £17,100

I can see lots of posts on the difference between the FR sport and xcellence but cant find the difference between the FR
can anyone help me on this?

Am I correct in thinking the only difference between the FR and FR sport is the wheel size and adjustable driving modes?

God its so complicated.
I am now getting more into the detailed spec ( something most of the sales people seem unable to do!)
Realistically the things I want/ need are a reversing camera ( ideally one that changes with the steering wheel)
Things I really want but are not a deal breaker are: ACC heated leather seats/steering wheel, digital dash
Am I correct in thinking that the xcellence lux has all those as standard?
If not and I cant find one with ACC hopefully the others things are fitted on the cheaper xcellence?

Could be wrong, but I don't think any trim level had a heated steering wheel, even those fitted with the Winter Pack.
