Dismantling The Leon Spoiler...

Hello guys,

I have a large ICE system in my Leon, and despite the entire car, front to back being soundproofed and deadened, the spoiler rattles and vibrates badly

Obviously, this sounds terrible at shows and competitions when doing demos of the system, so I need to take the whole thing apart to deaden it/stuff it with foam/whatever will work

I've had a look, but can't see any obvious way to remove it and get it apart...


Anyone shed some light on this?

its attached to the hatch so they won't be in the roof lining. i think you'll need to take off the plastic trim on the insde of the boot hatch to get at it. there was a thread a little while back about changing the high-level brake light and the person that posted it up said something about it being a nightmare of a job! good luck
