Was just about to post up a thread asking who's car that was. Spotted the iboc and SCN stickers in the back window on it.

Think I will be looking at a Leon Fr next.

Yeah, I originally went into the garage to buy a second hand Leon TDI but ended up walking home having put down an order for a new Boc, somehow! Salesman must be good at his job I guess!

But when I took it in for its first service in June they offered me the Leon FR+ TDI, with all the number crunching it came out cheaper per month than the Boc was costing me :/ (Heavily discounted the FR/FR+ due to recently releasing the FR Supercopa's!)

With all the extras on the Leon it was a pretty obvious choice I felt. Loved the Boc to bits mind you - do miss the fun you could have in it - and that DSG box!
 
See this is how I feel. I love the cupra and because of this I have been quite easy going with the amount of times I keep having to take it back. Which is why it has gotten to the last straw.

I just don't know if a Leon will be to numb after having the little rocket.
 
I would say I definitely notice the difference.

I'm not sure what the TFSI FR's feel like to drive but from the Boc to the FR TDI (only a drop of 8 bhp mind...) it doesn't have that same... ooomph. Which is to be expected I guess!

Been toying with the idea of a remap or a DTUK box now but still not committed to going down that road :)
 
I am going through the same process with handing a car back to seat?! no problem, just wanting to know how it was dealt with?! too much to ask??

From reading this thread, there doesn't appear to have been any legal action taken or indeed even needed. I just think it's unfair to use the term legal action, as this certainly pens the garage in a bad light when in actual fact their customer service appears to have been good.
 
Either way, just in case anyone has got the wrong end of the stick (and I can only speak for myself obviously!) I am on my second new SEAT from this garage and their customer service, in my opinion, is second to none! I whole heartedly recommend them :)
 
Unfortunately I know that someone is already driving my old Boc, reg plate is S18 BOC, but I'd avoid that like the plague. Spent most of the last 6/7 months of ownership in and out of garages due to problems created whilst in for its first service, wrong software was installed, lead to parts malfunctioning, those parts being replaced but making no difference. THEN it started misfiring, the joys.

Still miss the bloody thing right enough, was best car I'd owned up until that point.
