Does anyone have a spare Cupra R manual supplement?

Ordered a new boot pack from the dealers as the one that came with the car was shabby to say the least. The dealer asked for the Cupra supplement to be included but this was not available from Seat UK. Something about not in stock or available.

So does anyone have a spare Cupra R supplement or can photocopy me it?
Will pay for the supplement or for photocopies to be sent.

Just curious what it contains that is specific to the Cupra R as the original manual is generic for most leon models inlcuding the 4x4 but not the R version.

The car is a 2005 model.
