Went to put my window down the otherday and all was well. However, i went to put it back up and it made a grinding noise and really struggled to go back up.
Now it goes down ok, but still makes the same horrid grinding noise on the way up and goes up at an angle, so to get the window shut you have to pull the front of the window up whilst pressing the switch.
Had the door car off this morning and nothing appears to be broken and all bolts including the ones clamping the window to the regulator are tight, but you can push the forward clamp and mechanism around the runner upwards, as it appears to be loose, but there is still no sign of anything broken.
i know its a bit difficult to explain, but can anyone confirm that this sounds like a regulator problem?
Cheers for any help folks
