I’m removing a Powerflex dogbone mount insert on my Cupra 280. I’m replacing the bolt with a new OEM one, and not installing another insert, I’m reverting back to OEM. What’s the torque for the bolt?

Reviving a thread, as I'm installing a yellow powerflex insert.

Did 75nm +180deg work out ok? I'm seeing 130nm elsewhere but have no clue which is right.

Out of curiosity, What prompted you to remove yours? Vibration?
Really appreciate some guidance
Thanks!

@CupraST300 I also had installed the yellow Powerflex one, but I also removed it in the end. Under certain circumstances, it will give hard clunking when upshifting (in my car at least). Usually in D, with 50-60% throttle.

Other than that, I don't notice any real negative side effects. I have new OEM engine mounts (fluid filled) and also a fresh dogbone. I recently installed a aluminum insert (only bottom part) and this gives me a better experience than the Powerflex full insert. The clunking under that circumstance has been reduced with like 60-70%, which is ok for me now.
