Door seal

Hi, I have a leon 20vt 2000 and i seem to be getting water coming in through the driver door seal??? It starting to make the floor a bit damp so i need to do something about it. Can anyone help please?? Thanks

Hi,

I too have a 2000 20vt and have long suffered from water leaks in spite of much attention from various dealers...

Last year the problem became progressively worse and I was stung into action - follow this guide to the letter

and you will suffer no more, hopefully.

I haven't had a problem since comprehensively sealing both front doors - well worth taking a few hours of fairly straightforward DIY for little cost.

I have to say a big thank you to Andy for taking time to provide such a guide.
