Finnaly got it booked.
Well the nut was loose abit but the rest were fine, but it was not leaking what so ever, has he used those head phone for leaks all around the down pipe!
So im happy got this mess sorted!

I've got to be honest, I've very nearly posted several times in this thread to ask if you have hearing difficulties. You can see that two bolts are loose in your picture.

I had the next gasket up fail (turbo to manifold) - 9mm wide gap x 1 mm high and it made the car very noisy - and being able to hear the turbo a lot more. I've also had the DP flange crack away from the DP and that sounded like a tractor for a tiny gap. I'm just absolutely amazed that tightening that joint hasn't quietened your car. :shrug:

New update

Ive fixed the down pipe leak with a new gasket and new nut!

but some thing else just popped up. the joint between the back box and the silencer, appears have crack and it blwing espcially when it revs pas 3000rpm.

what concerns me is this, my car dosnt wants to bost up hardly, it shows a max of 0.7bar of boost as before it goes to 1.1 boost.
Can a leak in the rear pipe effect it? it blows heavy as it hits 3000 rpm all the the way to the end.
No faults have come up!

Any suggestions guys would be helf full! :help::help:
