downgrading tire sizes? What will be the diffresences?

Hi everyone. I have an ibiza 5 dr 2004 100 hp, with 195/55/15 tires. I need to change my tires with new ones. I'm considering changing my tires with 185/60/15. What will be the differences? I'm thinking about this change for the costs. The 185/60/15 tires will be %30 lower than 195/55/15 in our country. Also we have very bumpy roads. I think 185/60 will make a little bit comfort when compared with the old ones. What do you think?

i had downgraded to 185/60/15. It feels like a changed my suspensions with new ones. As i said, roads are very bumpy in our country so i'm very happy with my new tyres. Thanks for your helps
