Dpf problems

Hi guys basically my dpfs full I’ve been quoted 200 to get it flushed but with no way to change my driving style due to city driving I’m afraid it’s going to go back to square 1 again shortly after , should I pay the extra money to just get it gutted and mapped and not have to worry about it coming back again? Thanks

Gutting your DPF is illegal and will probably fail your MOT.
Diesels are not well suited to short runs.
