Draining battery

I have a 2012 Seater Leon 1.6tdi and the sync button on the climate control unit stays on when the car is locked I have tried resetting it by holding 2 buttons down but that doesn’t work
The button itself works because when it’s on it is bright and when you turn it off it doesn’t go out it just dulls

Does anyone know if there is a fuse or relay associated with the device

Try number 16 in passenger compartment fuse box. It should look something like the attached diagram. Try only when the ignition is off. Wait for 10-15 minutes before putting it back.
