the noise has defo improved, get the whole 3000rpm noise at 2.5 now which is better, sounds a lot more throatier and seems to be quicker too, although this could be my subconscious 'i've done a mod, i'm determined that it WILL have made a difference' mood

so there you go all fellow poor 1.2 owners, i have done it, it does sound good, and it cost nowt. resuuuult!

Hello Dan, welcome to the group, I understand it has taken alot of strength for you to stand here before us and own up to such traits.......... !! :D

When I first read this, thought you meant you drilled into your exhaust box! lol. THAT would have been SO pikey! :)

As an antidote you might also like this...

Simulates the PTSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH sound of a Turbocharger blowing off, with the use of a small speaker hidden in the engine bay. :)

I've seen tests where drilling airboxes has given better power gains than open and enclosed induction kits! So maybe not that pikey a mod :D

i've seen them and to be honest i'm pikey, but not THAT pikey  even my pikeyness doesnt extend that far!

i'm convinced it has made a performance difference though, my dad drove it last night and without knowing what i've done proclaimed 'feels quicker than i remember it does this little 1.2 shitbox of yours':ban:

PIKEY MODS FOR THE WIN!!!!! :D
