Goggle a dehumidifier, buy one or if you can lend/hire one.
Plug it in, place in car, wait, wait and hopefully the moisture that is in the car should go. Or if you can get/hire/lend a Vax or other prof carpet cleaning system it will remove some of the moisture.
Or move to a very sunny place!

Dehumidifier sounds like a good plan. Quick look around and the ones I can buy seem expensive for naff all and the ones I can hire appear to be at least half the size of the car....
