I think you'll find that's 50 people who are interested to know the answer as well! Pretty much everybody on here is using a 5/6speed manual setup... Maybe worth looking outside of the TDI world to ascertain the maximum BHP & torque ratings for DSG, ie. R32, S3, etc...

JD engineering over here tune the DSG to about 350NM, the owner himself has developed software which ables his 2.0TFSI to run at 480NM with a DSG. MOst tuners keep the 350NM as a safe maximum because this way they don't have to change the gearbox software, which hardly anybody can.

I remember the APR gti that was tuned to 400hp but the peak torque was left almost identical to the stock one because of the dsg,,, I guess they just achieved to have same torque at higher rpm to double the power,,,
