Don't think you can, but you can buy a piece of kit that is basically a speaker and it minics the whhhooooosssshhh.

you can't fit a dump valve on to a non tubro engine

and some turbo engines play up if you fit one to them too

You can put a dump valve on your head or your feet if you want but it wont work, the same as it wont work on a N/A engine.

A dump valve is for releasing boost pressure, and since N/A engines dont produce boost pressure they wont work.

So tell your work colleague to be quiet.
