if yours is standard it will look something like this

So you may still have the standard clips holding it all in place as opposed to jubilees (they are a bit fiddly to get off).
But the line coming off the top is the 'Vac' line, so you wont need to buy anything other then valve. and jubilee clips to replace the standard clips probably as whenever iv removed them, they've not been re-usable!
There are a few threads on here about Valves so really up to you which you buy. alot of people like the standard, alot like aftermarket. Just search diverter valve etc, im sure you'll find something

if your looking to update you dump valve I would recommend a forge 008p, in the 10months iv had my leon it's never missed a beat.
Am I right in thinking that if you install an open cone air filter to the standard dump valve there will be the 'woosh' some people look for? If so that could be a cheaper route for fran to take
Get yourself an open cone air filter to replace the standard panel filter you've got now. Then you should hear the woosh might want to have a look at one of these...

Your better off removing the bonnet lining , fitting an open cone and remap it to get more volume.
Im running lots of mods and have tried lots of dvs and I certainly get a sound inside but the exhaust drowns it out anyway outside of the car.
Due to the dvs never dumping to atmosphere its not going to be that loud no matter what you do.

Can you not get the dump valves that dump to atmosphere? I'm new to dump valves as this is my first turbo
Your car has a closed system so if you fitted a true dump valve the ecu will panic over the missing air and probably eventually throw limp mode reducing all your power.
Sounds a plan. run a couple of tanks of decent fuel up to the map being done as the car will adapt to the higher ron so they can map it better.
Doubt the dv will be an issue once your enjoying the map
