OBD2 don't work ? Did you try Auto-scan function
can you test interface connected to the car options screen test usb if test successful small port test window will open can you take screen shot plz

troupy does your xcar360 cable still work?

I got mine recently and all was well, did some coding, tried the measuring blocks and then after a few days it stopped working.

It works for a few seconds once I open the VCDS software, I try to do some data logging and then a few seconds or maybe a minute or two I get an error saying failure to connect to cable.

Tried several times and same thing happens.

Has anyone had this issue.

The software with it is just the free version but do a Google search for vw tool its a vcds copy with all features thats what I use
