ECU chip any value without ECU?

This is the standard chip from a Mk3 Ibiza Cupra that was given back to me when I had an APR map a few years ago. I no longer have the car but found this yesterday. Is it of any use to someone without the rest of the ECU? Can I sell it? and for how much?
