eeer where is this supposed to connect to? (putting n249 back to std)

this is the other side of the valve (putting n249 back to std in my quest for full boost) and i have no idea if it supposed to connect to anything

nothing attaches to it - mines also blank although i was led to believe there may have been a cap on it but fine as it is

unless sometime tells me otherwise and ill cover it up
