I trust you are well and enjoying your Seat Alhambras as much as possible

I have mine for over 2 years now and I'm ever so happy I have decided for it over other 7 seaters.
I have seen discussion about electronic tailgate not holding, which I have had problem with too( I have managed to live with) until recently. Tailgate is not opening at all (unless opened manually from inside-emergency). Once manually closed, the mechanism will lock it and thats it again. Can I kindly ask for any suggestions please?
Im looking forward to hearing from you guys, before I will take it to garage and pay bill for investigation and repair.
