electric windows not working?

I bought my car and neither side windows work from the switches
any ideas?

switches are common try them first cheaper than a regulater

Probably the switches are sticky, you can service them if your careful when taking them apart. Giving the contacts a clean normally solves the problem.

are there any threads showing how to remove etc? worth a go

ha ha! same problem with mine! although luckily i have a 1.0 mk3 i can rob parts from, my issue was the switches!
Got a few things I need to work on.. but i will be sorting out my thread so you can all see before and after pics!!
