Electrical gremlins help needed - blower/12v socket/random warning lights

Hi, hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
On the wife's mk3 leon (2016 1.6tdi) had a load of odd electrical issues recently.
Firstly 12v socket and blower motor stopped working.
Took the motor out, works fine with 12v direct.
fuse had blown on the 12v socket so replaced that.
Thought it might be the controller/resistor pack, swapped for an apparently known good one still nowt.
No codes on vcds
Few days long 4 hour trip and part way through dropped the window and the traction control/abs/headlight range warning lights all came on. plus off ball stuff like winter tyres and cornering light errors (which it doesn't have).
My cousins garage read loads on low voltage warnings and rear left abs error. He swapped the sensor, checked wiring back to abs pump and thought it might be that.
Still suspecting electrics I put a new battery on it and all warning lights went away.
Blower still not working though
Fastforward a couple of weeks and the mrs driving it today, put the rear wiper on, which didn't activate straight away, but when it did all the warning lights came back on again.

I found this thread on here: https://www.seatcupra.net/forums/threads/intermittent-issue-help-please.438169/#post-4723964 which makes me wonder if it's a faulty relay. However, the thread was for the prev model and theres no 373 relay on this one - either on fuse box behind glovebox or in engine bay.
On the advice of a mate who's good with this stuff, left ignition on, plugged a phone charger into 12v socket and removed each relay in those 2 locations 1 by 1, hoping this would i/d the one for the blower/rear wiper/12v socket circuit. However, power to the socket stayed on the whole time.

Anyone know if there's another batch of relays somewhere else?

There is a module called an 'Onboard supply control unit' (J519) just wondering if this could be the problem, I think it's the thing that cuts power to various units if the battery gets low, that is only an uneducated guess
Looking at some wiring diagrams it also has something to do with the 'cornering' bulbs and rear wiper motor. ( the motor will not operate if the rear hatch is open)

Thanks, that sounds promising, one of the faults that popped up mentioned cornering bulbs. The battery was on it's way out I think so that could make sense as I'd assume the aircon would pull a lot of power. Found a link to workshop manuals so will hunt out that one.
