Engine Misfiring

Hey

My 1.6 AFT engine keeps misfiring when driving at 70 - 80 MPH or when underload from harsh acceleration i have changed the coil, HT leads, fuel filter, Lambda sensor, spark plugs, dissy cap is rotor are fine clean with no white crap in them.

Any Ideas? Also just failed its mot on emissions any ideas?

i dont know the engine at all, but is there something to advance the timing on these? could be something to do with that, maybe a split hose?

the bit the dissy cap bolts on to if you undo the bolts will advance the timing i think? that has been changed by the mot station

what kind of hose could be split?

as i dont know the engine im not sure itf it was vaccuum advance or electronic, but if its vaccuum then the pipe could be split
