According to the brochure all new Ibizas are now Euro IV compliant. Is this just the facelifted model or did SEAT change to this recently?

Some Fabia vRS owners seem to think that this has led to a bit of hesitation or stuttering with their engines so I wondered if this would be the case with the Ibiza.

you lose drivability - it flattens out fuel delivery across rev range to keep emisions down

ford TDCI's are crap now they've done it

How do they achieve the compliance - is it just tweaking of the fuel delivery / maps, or does it mean they're started fitting particulate traps ?
