Twas a confusion over the date a New car could be ordered, should of been July but because the previous car was 3 months late being delivered (thanks ford!)it pushed the date of order back by said 3 months. Hard to here when your sat in a dealers in July that you have to wait till Dec!!! Got there in the end....

Just been informed by Seat Uk that although I have a build week of wk51 my car will not be delivered to the dealer ship until the end of January. With another week for them to ready the car this leaves me three or so weeks until the new plate comes out. Going to contact the dealership and ask them to hold onto the car until start of March.

That's exactly what I'm doing if it comes before March.

Collected my car today and couldn't be happier with it.:D:D:D

When I ordered I agreed to take one that was 'in transit' so I could have it sooner. I ordered Monsoon Grey but I got a call from the dealer saying that he had made a mistake and there wasn't a Monsoon Grey one in transit and would I take the 'other' grey. From the brochure I summised that he meant ice silver. When I went today to pick up it turned out to be Tek Grey, which I actually prefer to the Monsoon grey.

Can't post a pic as the forum rules are stopping me!!

One question tho... how do I use a streaming media service like Audible or Spotify with the bluetooth connection??

Just fixed that for you, as you were pretty close to meeting the update parameters anyway.

Glad to hear you're enjoying your new car bdenson and thanks to Zboyd who helped with the upload of your pic.
I've ordered the same grey as you! We might be the only 2 so far as the colour is relatively new :D
It's great to finally see a pic of what it looks like on a car and I'm liking it a lot. I had originally ordered monsoon grey but glad I changed my order.

I found out that my car has been built and is sat at Barcelona port since 17th Dec waiting for a ship to UK. They reckon a mid Jan delivery, I can't wait!

That's the same colour car as the one I test drove, I thought it looked different to the other grey FR models I looked at. BTW although I chose the FR, the SE was a very smooth relaxing driving, I was very tempted by it. Enjoy.

Only had my car 2 days and its already filthy due to the rain and salt on the roads. However I am loving it a lot.

Unlike some people I really like the start stop feature. It is a lot quicker and intellegent than I expected and I think it will be great for my daily M60 crawl!!

I'm planning to give it a wash then take it to some scenic countryside and take some nice pictures in the next couple of days.

Been told that the dealer can't hold cars for more than 7 days. Am now looking at walking away and telling them to stuff there order.
