For people waiting on the la surprise. It is going to Tyne then sheerness. On the Tyne port website it shows the movements.

Shows La surprise in at 17/03 00:00 and out at 11:30 to Sheerness

I'm still waiting to know what my build week is but i was told the car was status 20 at the beginning of march (being built) and now its status 30 which is in transit.

It always makes me laugh when i know more than the dealer.

It should be compulsory to view this site for all dealers

Can you tell me how can I find out more info than I am being told by the dealer? Dealer said the car is soon to be sent to transport one and a half weeks ago and now tells me that it still didn't leave the factory.
I need an international phone number to contact Seat, or anything, because I do not live in the UK unfortunately (nor close in the 'neighborhood').

Just choose your country from the website and then contact us, that should give you the contact number for SEAT.

An hour ago my new car was just 25 miles away from me, sitting on the "La Surprise" as she travelled north up to Tyne. It is frustrating to think that it is likely to be another week before I actually see it!

I'm thinking if la surprise docks in sheerness tomorrow it won't be on a transporter until say Wednesday. Next weekend if it gets a serious shift on.

Unfortunately we do not have the "customer care option". Only to submit some forms for "car model", "waiting period", "schedule a service for the car", etc.

Only contactable by form.

They managed to bring mine up with the type of car I ordered, my name, address and the dealer that I ordered from. They then gave me an order number and information that I needed.

That's great news! I have a contract number and order number supplied by my dealer, will try to talk to them maybe they will help me, even though I am not from the UK.
