Exploded Diagrams

Hi all,

Does anyone have any exploded diagrams of the 2.0 16v ABF lump.

My F**king Rad jumped on me this morning and sliced straight through the side of my main return hose.

Lovely Biscuits!

Need to order a new one but I don't fancy spending 30 minutes on the phone trying to guide someone at SEAT how to look at the screen.

nice one mate, next problem i have is this.

The diagram for the 2.0 ABF is;

Heres the problem i have.

If i stand in front of the car I have a split hose that runs from left to right, behind but at the bottom of my radiator. The hose seems to connect to my block or water pump and then runs to the right hand side of the radiator.

It is the hose that is clamped into place just underneath the radiator fan.

The picture in that link above does not look anything like what is under my bonnet mainly because in the diagram there are two hoses on the left hand side that both run backwards towards the engine, mine does not have these.

Any ideas ibiza?

hmmmm ive looked at most of the arrangements and none of them look like what you explain

Get a pic of the pipe you're after at a few angles, close and far and I'll try and work it out after work.

Quite limited on angles and distance due to the amount of grunt under the bonnet however i've got one that shows the hose pretty clear. Below.

This is taken obviously from the front over looking the engine bay. Why do i feel something has been changed in here...

Any ideas people? In dire need of ordering this but not sure what to order, SEAT arn't much help either...

Sorry mate, even I couldn't work it out and I've been a parts guy for a few years and I have an AGG Ibiza in my garage (same water pipes)

Well i think ive pinned this down.

Now please correct me if I am wrong but does this image look like it has the right hose on it. Bearing in mind that the main Feed and Return are on the Right hand side of my radiator and not the left.

Me thinks SEAT did a cheeky one and stuck the 1.6 cooling gear in my car.

Any thoughts?
