Oh I've read that wrong you have a facelift bumper and you want to put a R bumper on?

I need to know where all the screws etc to try and make it easier for me.
My bro just changed his A3 to S3 front bumper and it took hima approx 20mins max, I know mine will take much longer so want all the help i can get.
So far I have the front bumper with the main grill in the middle (bottom one) and the two grills either side of the Seat badge.
can you tell me what else i need to order from TPS?

well, i think i will order everything and then return them if not required. i dont wanna start and then fall short of parts!
You can't usually return parts to the dealers? Seremotors posted a thread with cupra bumper prices and it had all the part numbers for bumper inerts and clips and everything else... will get the link in 2sec

Yep thats normall right, got my parts from TPS and they were nearly all non returnable as they had to be ordered in.
Sorry to thread hijack......I have a 110 tdi leon with the standard bumpers on. I have just got cupra (NOT R) bumpers that I am going to fit.
What Else do I need to fit? Do the guides come with all the nuts, bolts and fixings etc?
I don't have skirts at the minute so don't need fixings for them.

Well I have both bumpers (well I am waiting to recieve them).
The front has got no grills except the two either sides of the 'S'. I know I will need the other grills. But what are the guides? Are there any other bits that I will need other than the guides? eg other screws, arch linings etc
The rear bumper is just a plain bumper. Only have the bumper. Need a towing eye cover too. Again, will I need anything other than the guides?

That is the actual bumper I won. Its getting sprayed anyway, so not fussed that it needs a respray!
