faiding clock display

Crap title I know.
Basicaly this morning on way to work noticed that the clock/mpg lcd display was faiding slightly, nothing too much, so I turned off the radio and wipers and noticed it was still doing it a little, even when stationary.
Looks like some slight power drain?
anyone else noticed anything similar?

Have you checked the dial on the right hand side of the dash to ensure you haven't turned the brightness down?

If so and it's not that, it could be a power drain or a dodgy connection behind the scenes?

Good point but no I haven't turned the brightness down and it's only the clock and nothing else

Hope this isn't the start of something expensive
