Before going there, if possible go for a autobahn drive when the oil heats drive with higher rpms than normal. After that go to the emission tests with warm engine. I did like this with our old Toledo and never failed
Forgot to mention, had a P0135 and P2251 showup.
Changed out the upstream O2 sensor for a known good one and got it retested. still no good.
Looks like its the catalytic converter
