Failure to charge.

3 weeks ago while on holiday in Northumberland, my Tavascan V2 failed to charge at 3 different chargering stations, AC and DC. The vehicle was taken into a local dealership to resolve the issue. it's still there with no solution in sight. Has anyone had similar issues? Communications from the dealership have been non existence so frustrating on both counts.
